Dr. Tzvi Rubinger
Dr. Tzvi Rubinger graduated from the University of Toronto Faculty of Dentistry in 1985. He has been in practice in the same location since then.
He is a strong supporter of using laser technology in the daily practice of dentistry. He uses laser technology treatments for preventive, restorative, and cosmetic dental care. He uses Biolase, a type of technology that supports a variety of treatment options.
Dr. Rubinger is supported by his team of dental administrative and clinical providers including numerous dental hygienists, level II dental assistants, and chairside assistants.
Dr. Natalie Rubinger
Dr. Natalie Rubinger graduated from Western Dental School in 2021 with distinction. She was awarded the American Association of Endodontics Student Achievement Award in Endodontics as well as Dentalcorp's Academic Excellence Award, awarded to one graduating dental student in the country per year who demonstrates exemplary scholastic and extra-curricular achievement.
Prior to dental school, Dr. Rubinger completed her Bachelor of Science (honours) at Queen's University in Life Sciences as well as a Master of Science in Global Health from McMaster University.
Dr. Natalie Rubinger is very excited to be joining the team at North Park Dental Care in serving the community and is committed to upholding the high standard of patient care that she has seen her father, Dr. Tzvi Rubinger, provide his patients for the last 36 years.
Dr. Bilal Paracha
Dr. Bilal Paracha grew up in the GTA and completed his dental degree at Schulich School of Medicine & Dentistry at Western University in 2016. He currently limits his practice to oral surgery, implant dentistry, and IV sedation.
Dr. Paracha is a strong believer in lifelong learning & regularly continues his training in advanced dental procedures. He has successfully treated thousands of patients suffering from dental anxieties/phobias. He also has significant experience in complicated extractions, impacted wisdom teeth, bone grafting, and the replacement of missing teeth using dental implants. Dr. Paracha is trained in PRF/PRP which allows for a faster recovery time after surgery and less pain.
A member of the Ontario Dental Association, Canadian Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry & the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario.
Outside of dentistry, he loves to travel the world & learn about different cultures, food & history. Dr. Paracha is also an avid sports enthusiast & a die-hard Toronto Raptors, Blue Jays & Maple Leaf’s fan.
